No separate form. Click any field on the paper to edit — the section labels (Bill To, Subtotal, even column headers) are editable too.

No. The editor and PDF download are free with no signup, and your invoices are saved locally in your browser. An account only matters if you want to sync your invoices to the cloud or email them from the app — both Pro features.
In your browser, using IndexedDB. We do not have a database of your invoices and we cannot see them. If you clear your browser data — or use the "Clear all" button on the My invoices page — the history is gone for good.
No. The PDF you download is exactly the invoice you see on screen — no "made with speedinvoices" stamp, no ad, no watermark, no nag screens.
As many as you want, free, forever. There is no per-invoice fee and no limit on the free tier.
46 currencies with locale-aware formatting — including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY, INR, BRL, MXN, ZAR, and most others a freelancer or small business is likely to bill in. The symbol and number format are handled correctly per currency.
Yes. Every download is saved in your browser history (visit /invoices). Open any past invoice to load it back into the editor, tweak it, and re-download. The invoice number key keeps revisions in sync.
Yes. The editor reflows to stacked label/value cards for line items, and the settings panel becomes a slide-up drawer. The Download bar is sticky at the bottom so you can finish on the phone.

Yes (Pro). Choose a cadence — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — and we generate the invoice each cycle. Either auto-email it to your client, or pick “I’ll send it myself” and we email you the ready invoice on the day so you can forward it from your own inbox.
Two ways. Verify a custom sending domain (Pro) so emails come from your address — or use the “I’ll send it myself” recurring mode: we prepare the invoice and email it to you to forward from Gmail or any inbox. Your client only ever hears from you.
