Terms of Service
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These terms cover your use of speedinvoices, a free invoice generator. By using the site, you agree to them. They’re written to be plain and short.
1. The service
speedinvoices lets you create and download invoice PDFs directly in your browser, with no account required. It’s offered free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
2. Your invoices and content
You are responsible for everything you enter and generate, including its accuracy, legality, and any tax or legal calculations. The invoices you create are yours — we don’t claim any ownership over your content. You must have the right to use any logo, text, or other material you add.
You agree not to use speedinvoices to create fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading documents.
3. Not professional advice
speedinvoices is a document tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Tax rates, totals, and formatting are conveniences to help you build a document — you are responsible for confirming that an invoice is correct and compliant for your situation. Consult a qualified professional where needed.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or break the service or its infrastructure.
- Don’t use automated means to abuse the PDF generator or scrape the site at scale.
- Don’t use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
5. Availability and your data
Your invoices are stored in your own browser, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t back them up and can’t recover them for you — if you clear your browser data or switch devices, that data is gone. Keep the PDFs you need. We don’t guarantee the service will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
6. “As is”, no warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that generated documents will meet any specific legal or tax requirement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, speedinvoices and its maker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Because the service is provided free of charge, your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
